Project Manager - Manufacturing & IT Integration

Robert Half is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead large-scale greenfield manufacturing and software integration initiatives. This role will oversee infrastructure build-outs, ERP integrations, and cross-functional collaboration between IT and engineering teams to deliver high-impact, enterprise-wide technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage infrastructure build-outs for new manufacturing facilities (including IT, fiber, power, kiosks, and computer systems).
• Lead ERP and software integration projects, including Dynamics 365 (D365) and PowerApps implementations.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and sprints using Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Communicate effectively across internal teams, external vendors, and business partners.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate design, testing, and deployment of new systems and applications.

Environment & Tools

• Microsoft-based ecosystem: Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Supply & Operations (S& O)
• Partnered with Crowe IT/accounting firm leveraging the ISV Accelerator
• ERP systems integrating with EDI and Logic Apps
• Collaborative IT group of ~13 within a broader department of ~100 professionals

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing greenfield manufacturing or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on expertise with D365, Azure DevOps, PowerApps, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, resources, and project timelines effectively.
• Willingness to work onsite and engage directly with cross-functional teams.
