Senior Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex, enterprise technology initiatives. This individual will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment with business objectives, and ensuring successful project execution from planning through completion.

This role requires a balance of strong leadership capabilities and technical understanding to effectively work with engineering, infrastructure, data, and business stakeholders across the organization.

LOCATION: DALLAS, TX

SALARY: 110K - 128K

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technical projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics aligned to business objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, risks, and outcomes
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while resolving issues and managing scope changes
• Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with architectural standards
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, including coordination with third-party vendors
• Support governance processes and contribute to improving project delivery practices and reporting

Qualifications:

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management, including experience leading large-scale initiatives
• Proven success delivering complex IT projects such as cloud transformations, enterprise applications, or data platform implementations
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in enterprise or distributed environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risk across multiple projects
• Familiarity with enterprise technologies such as cloud platforms, ERP systems, or CRM solutions
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project
