Hire Heroes USA endeavors to do its best to protect the privacy of your personal information and will not use this information except in connection with your use of this web site and for the development of the website so that we can provide you with the highest quality of services. We may use your email address to send you information concerning the organization and this website, unless you advise us that you do not wish to receive this information.

What We Do

  • Verify the veteran status of each candidate by requiring proof of service
  • Provide personalized career-coaching and job search assistance to transitioning service members, veterans and their spouses
  • Help clients create a tailored resume that effectively translates skills and achievements into civilian terminology
  • Prepare clients for job interviews through training, tips, and mock interviews
  • Help clients get connected with companies looking to hire veterans


What We Do Not Do

  • Guarantee a job to clients
  • Guarantee the veracity of information on a resume
  • Guarantee a job opening will be matched with a veteran candidate. This process is contingent upon the candidate interest, geographical availability, and commensurate skill sets needed for the job.
  • Conduct criminal backgrounds or guarantee that a veteran is drug free
  • Partner with companies that are not committed to supporting employment opportunities with veterans

For Employers
As you may be aware, Hire Heroes USA’s job board is a tool for employers and job seekers to connect. As a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses through their career transition, we want to ensure that all partnered employers are properly utilizing our job board. If an organization misuses the resume database to engage job seekers for marketing and/or sales purposes rather than legitimate open job sourcing, Hire Heroes USA reserves the right to revoke all job board privileges of that employer’s account. We will notify you in writing of any misuse and will refund any unused portions of your job board package. If you have any question or concerns feel free to contact us.

If an employer is offering a franchise opportunity or a role that is 100% commission based, these job postings must be flagged using the Franchise/Self-Employed job category and include a disclosure in the job posting to indicate that the role is commission only or requires an investment.
