Brand Manager – CPG Focus (Contract – Remote)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3–6 months (potential for extension or contract-to-hire)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Location: Remote with flexible hours

Overview

We’re seeking a Brand Manager with experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) to oversee brand strategy, product positioning, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand growth through creative and data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute brand strategy for CPG products
• Oversee product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand representation
• Monitor brand performance and adjust strategy based on analytics
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in CPG
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and consumer behavior
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance

Technical Skills

• Required: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management tools
• Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, Tableau or other analytics platforms
