Integration and Automation Specialist

We are looking for an Integration and Automation Specialist to strengthen connectivity across enterprise applications and improve the way information moves throughout the organization. Based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, this role focuses on creating dependable integrations and scalable automation that support daily operations and long-term business goals. The position partners with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external providers to deliver secure, efficient solutions that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and increase system stability.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and support integrations that connect business systems and enable consistent, accurate data exchange across the enterprise.
• Build automated workflows that streamline operational processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency at scale.
• Configure and maintain middleware and integration tools to ensure reliable interoperability between cloud and on-premise applications.
• Translate business and technical requirements into well-structured integration designs, mappings, and transformation logic.
• Monitor interface performance, investigate failures, and resolve complex issues to maintain stable production operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams, analysts, vendors, and operational partners to deliver secure and maintainable integration solutions.
• Create and optimize API-based, file-driven, and message-oriented integrations to support a variety of application needs.
• Apply strong data management practices to improve data quality, support master data consistency, and enable dependable downstream reporting.
• Document integration architecture, workflow behavior, and support procedures to promote long-term maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience delivering enterprise-level integration and automation solutions in complex business environments.
• Practical experience with integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, Azure Integration Services, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of API development and consumption, file-based interfaces, data mapping, and event or message-driven integration patterns.
• Experience working with cloud services, ideally within Azure or comparable platforms, including security setup, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in one or more automation or development languages such as PowerShell, Python, C#, or comparable tools.
• Advanced ability to write efficient, high-performance queries and support data transformation across integrated systems.
• Solid understanding of master data management concepts and how they affect system alignment and data integrity.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex integration challenges.

Compensation

$125,000.00-$140,000.00 Yearly
