Bookkeeper

Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in O’fallon, MO seeking a full-time Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper must possess strong organizational skills while working in a small team environment.

 

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

·      Manage credit control, collections, and outstanding accounts

·      Handle bookkeeping and daily financial administration

·      Oversee office operations and facilities management

·      Provide administrative support to leadership and staff

·      Assist with employee onboarding and HR administration

·      Ensure compliance with company policies and serve as a liaison with group leadership

 

Bookkeeper Minimum Qualifications:

·      Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

·      2+ years of experience with Bookkeeping and Office Management

·      Intermediate Excel skills with QuickBooks experience
