Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate staff members in a polite and efficient manner.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and routing incoming calls promptly.
• Take accurate messages and relay information to team members without delay.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area that reflects an organized office environment.
• Provide general front-desk support, including basic clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate visitor check-in procedures and respond to routine inquiries from employees and external contacts.
• Support day-to-day office flow by handling incoming communications and assisting with scheduling or coverage needs when required.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role.• Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard or phone system with 1 to 10 lines.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented telephone manner.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls while remaining courteous and organized.
• Reliable organizational skills with attention to detail in message-taking and visitor coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a part-time schedule if needed.
• Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and general office support.
Compensation
