Receptionist

Position Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist – Level 1 to provide front-desk, administrative, and operational support in a small office environment. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable assisting visitors, employees, and the onsite team with a variety of administrative needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and employees entering the office.
• Answer and professionally direct incoming phone calls.
• Provide administrative and operational support for a small office environment.
• Coordinate and assist with catering requests and meeting preparations.
• Sign in and manage deliveries, packages, and mail.
• Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies as needed.
• Support the onsite team with various administrative tasks and requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or similar role.
• High school diploma/GED required, along with relevant experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in an organized manner.
• Comfortable working in an onsite office environment.

Compensation

$18.00-$19.00 Hourly
