Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and serve as the first point of contact for the office in a courteous manner.
• Manage front desk activity by directing guests, handling general inquiries, and maintaining a neat reception area.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks to help the office run smoothly during the coverage period.
• Learn office procedures during scheduled training days before the assignment begins and apply them independently during the coverage week.
• Coordinate basic communication and message handling for internal staff and external contacts.
• Use Microsoft Word to prepare, update, or format routine documents as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with sensitive business information.
• Follow established office schedules and provide dependable onsite support throughout the assignment.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, customer-focused demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Ability to learn office procedures quickly during a short training period.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work onsite as scheduled.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and composed presence.
Compensation
