Tackle HR Hotline calls, conduct investigations, and shape policies that empower teams. With 5 years of HR generalist experience (or a bachelor’s + 3 years), plus sharp MS Office skills (HRIS a bonus, SHRM PHR preferred), you’ll thrive in this high-energy role. Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of broad HR generalist experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 3 or more years of relevant human resources experience.• Demonstrated success supporting multi-site or multi-unit operations, preferably in hospitality, retail, restaurant, or similarly fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience managing employee relations issues, including workplace investigations and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes, including onboarding, employee records management, and general HRIS usage.
• Understanding of employment law, including wage and hour compliance, in a multi-state environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence leaders and build trust with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage priorities independently in a remote, travel-based role.
Compensation
