Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Position Summary

The Mid-Level HR Generalist supports a broad range of human resources functions and serves as a key partner to managers and employees across the organization. This role helps administer day-to-day HR operations, supports employee experience initiatives, and ensures HR practices align with company policies and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, including responding to routine employee questions and helping resolve workplace issues.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Administer HR programs and processes related to benefits, leave, performance management, and policy compliance.
• Maintain employee records and update HRIS data accurately and confidentially.
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Partner with managers on performance documentation, employee development, and HR best practices.
• Help ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and company procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and standard recruiting practices.
