Financial Analyst – Full-Time Engagement Professionals

As a Financial Analyst on our Full-Time Engagement Professionals team, you’ll be a full-time employee of our company, supporting clients on critical projects and interim assignments while gaining exposure to different industries, systems, and financial environments.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision-making.
- Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling analyses.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Support strategic initiatives, variance analysis, and process improvement projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance functions.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling concepts.
- Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to make an immediate impact in diverse business environments.

Qualifications:
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, or related finance functions.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
Compensation
