Executive Assistant
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leaders and helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role manages calendars, coordinates meetings and travel, prepares correspondence and reports, handles confidential information, and serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Organize meetings, including agendas, materials, room logistics, and follow-up action items.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support special projects and help improve administrative processes and workflows.
- Monitor priorities and help ensure executives are prepared for meetings and deadlines.
Qualifications:

- Experience providing administrative support to senior leaders or executives. Based on general knowledge.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Based on general knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Based on general knowledge.
- Proficiency with common business software, calendars, and document preparation tools. Based on general knowledge.

Compensation
