Staff Accountant – Full-Time Engagement Professionals

As a Staff Accountant on our Full-Time Engagement Professionals team, you’ll be a full-time employee of our company, supporting clients on critical projects and interim assignments while gaining exposure to different industries, systems, and accounting environments. What you’ll do:

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity. Based on general knowledge.
• Support month-end and year-end close. Based on general knowledge.
• Assist with financial reporting and account analysis. Based on general knowledge.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements. Based on general knowledge.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in accounting or staff accounting functions. Based on general knowledge.
• Knowledge of reconciliations, close processes, and financial reporting. Based on general knowledge.
• Strong Excel, communication, and problem-solving skills. Based on general knowledge.
• Adaptability and the ability to make an immediate impact. Based on general knowledge.

Qualifications:

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1+ years of accounting experience, including internships or public accounting experience where applicable.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Compensation

$60,000.00-$70,000.00 Yearly
