Function of Position:
This position reports to the Manager of Campus Events. The Part-time Campus Events Office and Weekend Assistant supports daily operations of the Campus Events Office and/or weekend event supervision. The Part-time Campus Events Assistant is expected to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks as assigned by the Director, Manager, and Coordinator II.
*This is a part-time, temporary position September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027*
Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Physical event support (minor tasks)
- Staff reception area of office: Phone support, managing key and equipment sign-out, filing, Astra input
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the Manager, Director, and Coordinator II

- Ability to lift 15 pounds
- Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish, or other languages, proficiently
Additional Information:
Salary: $18/hour
Schedule: 15 hours/week
