Program Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Program Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of organizational programs and initiatives. This role coordinates schedules, communications, resources, and reporting to help ensure program goals are achieved efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate program activities, timelines, and deliverables
• Track project milestones and maintain program documentation
• Communicate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and program-related expenses
• Assist with reporting, data collection, and process improvement efforts
• Provide administrative support to program leaders and department staff

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• 2+ years of program coordination, project support, or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
