Tenant Services Coordinator

Compensation: $25 to $27 Hourly

Job Summary:

The Tenant Services Coordinator supports property management operations by serving as a key contact for tenants and assisting with service requests, communications, and building-related administrative tasks. This role helps maintain positive tenant relationships and ensures prompt issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors, engineers, and property staff
  • Prepare tenant communications, notices, and building updates
  • Maintain tenant records, lease files, and service logs
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and tenant onboarding processes
  • Support property events, meetings, and tenant engagement initiatives
  • Track certificates of insurance, vendor documents, and compliance records



Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of property management, customer service, or administrative experience
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software experience preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple requests and maintain professionalism under pressure

Compensation

$25.00-$27.00 Hourly
