Leasing Assistant
Job Summary:
The Leasing Assistant supports leasing operations by assisting prospective tenants, preparing leasing documents, coordinating property tours, and providing administrative support to the leasing team. This role helps ensure an efficient leasing process and positive resident experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective tenants and respond to leasing inquiries
- Schedule and conduct property tours as needed
- Assist with lease applications, documentation, and file maintenance
- Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and resident correspondence
- Track unit availability and update leasing records
- Support marketing efforts, including online listings and promotional materials
- Coordinate with property management staff on resident move-ins and renewals
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of leasing, property management, sales, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with leasing software and Microsoft Office preferred
Compensation
