Client Services Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Client Services Coordinator manages client communications, supports service delivery, and helps ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role works closely with internal teams and clients to coordinate requests, resolve issues, and maintain strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions and service needs
- Coordinate client requests with internal departments to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain client records, account details, and service documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for clients and leadership
- Monitor service quality and follow up on outstanding issues
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining existing accounts
- Support process improvements to enhance the client experience
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
- 2+ years of client services, account coordination, customer support, or administrative experience
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple client priorities effectively
Compensation
