Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports digital marketing efforts through campaign execution, content development and channel management. Responsibilities include coordinating digital initiatives, managing social media platforms, creating and publishing content, updating website information and tracking performance metrics.

This role collaborates with various teams and external partners to deliver marketing communications that support organizational goals. The position also evaluates campaign effectiveness, monitors online engagement and recommends improvements to strengthen brand awareness and audience reach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing or a related area.
• Strong writing, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools and content management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with website analytics and social media reporting tools.
• Relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
