Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a courteous and attentive approach while maintaining an organized front desk area.
• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and provide accurate information when needed.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, confirm upcoming visits with clients, and help keep calendars current and well organized.
• Provide concierge-style assistance by responding to visitor needs and helping create a positive on-site experience.
• Collect, review, and organize documents to support daily administrative operations and maintain orderly records.
• Monitor front office activity, handle routine receptionist tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination at the reception area.
Qualifications:
• Experience working in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing administrative position.• Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system and manage a steady volume of inbound calls.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and internal teams.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail when handling schedules and documents.
• Comfortable verifying appointments and managing recurring coordination tasks throughout the day.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
Compensation
