Role Summary
The IT Systems Administrator will provide advanced support for a predominantly Apple-based environment while helping manage and improve core IT systems, infrastructure, and service management processes. This role is responsible for supporting Mac and iOS devices, administering JAMF and Google Workspace environments, assisting with infrastructure projects, and delivering exceptional customer service to employees at all levels, including executive leadership. The ideal candidate is technically strong, self-motivated, customer-focused, and eager to grow their systems administration expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for macOS, iOS, and related technologies across multiple office locations.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Apple devices and associated applications.
- Administer and support JAMF device management and endpoint configuration.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and device administration within Google Workspace and identity management platforms.
- Assist with the implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of the organization's IT service management platform.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printing, and connectivity issues through resolution.
- Support conferencing, telephony, security, and collaboration technologies.
- Participate in infrastructure projects involving servers, networking, security, and cloud-based technologies.
- Manage ticket queues, service requests, incidents, and documentation within established service management processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with the implementation of security initiatives including MFA, SSO, endpoint protection, and related technologies.
- Train and support employees on technology best practices while delivering a high level of customer service.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and provide occasional support outside normal business hours.
Additional Details
- Work model: On-site 5 days a week
- Full-time position
- Travel may be required up to once per quarter to support additional offices throughout North America

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
- Strong experience administering and supporting macOS and Apple devices.
- Hands-on experience with JAMF administration, deployment, and device management.
- Experience supporting Google Workspace and identity management platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, wireless, printing, and endpoint technologies.
- Experience working within a structured ticketing or IT service management environment.
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments, networking equipment, firewalls, switches, and connectivity infrastructure.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to independently manage issues from identification through successful resolution.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- JAMF certification and/or Apple certifications.
- Experience implementing or administering Freshservice or similar ITSM platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management best practices.
- Experience with Google Identity administration.
- Exposure to Fortinet technologies, endpoint security solutions, and infrastructure administration.
- Experience supporting executive leadership and high-profile end users.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Server technologies.
- Experience with FileMaker or similar business applications.
- Desire to continue growing into broader systems administration and infrastructure responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000 - $75,000 annually plus overtime eligibility
