Software Engineer
We are looking for a Software Engineer who can translate business needs into reliable technical solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The role centers on building, enhancing, and supporting applications and integrations that improve operational efficiency in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
• Interpret technical specifications and convert them into well-structured, maintainable software solutions with minimal supervision.
• Partner with business analysts and subject matter experts to refine requirements, confirm priorities, and define the boundaries of assigned work.
• Develop application code, automation scripts, and deployment-related components to support new features and system enhancements.
• Apply established coding practices and engineering standards to produce clean, consistent, and dependable software.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to review deliverables, resolve defects, and confirm that completed work meets expectations.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective fixes to improve system stability.
• Create and maintain unit tests to strengthen code quality and reduce regression risk.
• Contribute to integration-related development efforts, including MuleSoft-based solutions where needed.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of software development experience with demonstrated technical proficiency.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or comparable hands-on experience.
• Solid programming experience with C# and .NET technologies.
• Practical experience using Git, Azure DevOps, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Microsoft Azure in a development environment.
• Familiarity with relational databases and database-driven application development.
• Exposure to MuleSoft and system integration work; direct MuleSoft development experience is a plus.
• Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise application environments.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, debugging ability, and problem-solving skills in a team-based setting.
Compensation
