Inventory & Warehouse Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control processes to ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cycle count programs and physical inventory procedures.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Reconcile inventory balances and coordinate adjustments as needed.
• Analyze inventory and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with warehouse leadership to develop and enhance inventory control procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Business Central OR SAP are a MUST!!!
• Strong analytical and inventory-control skills with practical warehouse experience.
• Experience managing inventory in a high-volume Cosmetic OR CPG environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, reconciliation, cycle counting, and warehouse controls.
• Can analyze data and translate findings into practical operational improvements.
• Experience balancing the financial/control side of inventory with the practical realities of warehouse operations.

Compensation

$95,000.00-$120,000.00 Yearly
