Legal Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain legal records, correspondence, and matter-related documentation to ensure files remain accurate and accessible.
• Prepare, review, and submit legal documents through electronic filing systems while tracking deadlines and confirmation of receipt.
• Coordinate court filing activities and support the timely processing of pleadings, forms, and related case materials.
• Update and manage information within case management software to keep matter status, notes, and records current.
• Oversee calendar scheduling for hearings, appointments, filing deadlines, and other legal obligations.
• Assist with administrative support for legal workflows by monitoring task lists, following up on required documents, and communicating next steps.
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail across legal paperwork to help reduce errors and support compliance with filing requirements.
Qualifications:
• Experience handling legal files and maintaining organized records in a legal or court-related environment.• Working knowledge of electronic filing procedures and court filing processes.
• Proficiency with case management software and other legal administrative systems.
• Strong calendar management skills with the ability to track multiple deadlines accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively in a deadline-driven administrative setting.
Compensation
