Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer interactions. This a fully remote role and a contract to permanent opportunity - YOU MUST LIVE IN KENTUCKY. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys helping customers by phone. The position focuses on handling outbound contact, resolving service-related questions, and entering accurate information while maintaining an attentive customer experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls to follow up on requests, confirm details, or provide service updates.

• Address questions related to products, services, and general account support.

• Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure clear records and smooth follow-through.

• Maintain a courteous and solution-focused approach while managing a high volume of calls and inquiries.

Qualifications:

ALL APPLICANTS MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN KENTUCKY. CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT RESIDE IN KENTUCKY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. THIS POSITION REQUIRES A HARDWIRED INTERNET CONNECTION AND SPECIFIC TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT.

Technical Requirements:

• Personal laptop or desktop
• Computer Headset for phone calls
• Ethernet cable and reliable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to pass an internet connectivity test

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
• Comfortable managing outbound phone activity during the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep organized records of customer interactions.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
• Reliable problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
