Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Receptionist to provide short-term front-desk coverage from September 1st through September 4th in Miami, Florida. This is a temporary contract position supporting daily reception and administrative operations.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to communicate clearly in a fast-paced office environment. Candidates must be bilingual in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.



Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, route inquiries to the appropriate team members, and record accurate messages when needed.
• Welcome clients, guests, and customers with a courteous and attentive approach while maintaining an organized front office.
• Coordinate shared meeting spaces by managing conference room bookings and helping ensure rooms are prepared for scheduled use.
• Provide general administrative support, including calendar coordination, travel planning, and other front-desk duties.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies to help maintain smooth daily operations.
• Organize and maintain electronic documents and records for easy access to important information.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
• Ability to manage and direct phone calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with e-filing and general electronic document organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and composure.
• Comfortable using standard office software, calendars, and scheduling tools.

Compensation

$20.00-$20.00 Hourly
