Call Center Specialist

Robert Half is seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Specialists to join a growing lead qualification team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced call center environment, communicate professionally, and are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

We are hiring 20-30 Call Center Specialists, with training classes beginning as soon as September 8! This position offers performance-based earning potential and an opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

LOCATION REQUIREMENT

Candidates must currently live in Kentucky.

PAY & INCENTIVES

• Starting pay: $15.00/hour
• Opportunity to earn up to $2.00 more per hour based on successful performance metrics
• Quarterly bonus opportunities

WORK FROM HOME

This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must have their own equipment and a reliable work-from-home setup.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Call Center Agent, you will work with a lead qualification call center, speaking with customers and helping qualify leads.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls with professionalism, addressing questions, concerns, and service needs in a timely manner.

• Provide accurate information and practical solutions while maintaining a courteous and service-focused approach on every interaction.

• Record call details, customer updates, and follow-up actions in customer service software with careful attention to accuracy.

• Navigate internal systems and office tools to research issues, process requests, and support efficient call resolution.

• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate team when needed, ensuring customers receive complete and timely assistance.

• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a structured call center environment.

• Support operational updates, including changes to tools or processes, as assigned within daily responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in call center customer service or an outbound support environment.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers by phone.

• Working knowledge of basic office skills, including data entry, recordkeeping, and general computer use.

• Experience using customer service software to manage interactions and update case information.

• Comfort working in a structured, high-volume environment with consistent attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Ethernet-connected systems or technology used in office-based support settings.
