Inventory Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Gardena, California on a Contract basis. This position supports daily inventory and order coordination by keeping records accurate, assisting with customer and vendor communication, and helping ensure products move efficiently through the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and service matter.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update item, pricing, and order details in company systems, including QuickBooks.
• Prepare customer quotes, enter orders, and monitor open transactions to help keep sales and fulfillment activity on track.
• Communicate with vendors, warehouse staff, and internal operations teams to support timely shipping and delivery.
• Review stock availability and order progress to provide clear updates on product status and customer requests.
• Address service issues promptly by identifying solutions and helping ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support relationship management efforts by assisting with account follow-up and identifying opportunities to expand business with existing customers.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to sales team members and leadership as needed.
• Contribute to product promotion efforts by assisting with recommendations, add-on opportunities, and related sales support tasks.

Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of experience in inventory support, sales support, customer service, account coordination, or a related administrative role.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and confidence working with order, inventory, or customer data systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational ability with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a service-focused approach to resolving issues.
• High level of reliability, initiative, and follow-through in day-to-day responsibilities.

Compensation

$23.75-$26.50 Hourly
