- Identify and prospect new business opportunities across physician groups, provider organizations, hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations.
- Develop relationships with physicians, practice leaders, healthcare executives, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound business development through phone, email, networking, referrals, market research, and in-person relationship building.
- Secure qualified meetings with prospective healthcare partners and uncover organizational needs, growth plans, and business challenges.
- Learn multiple business lines and identify opportunities to connect prospective clients with appropriate solutions and internal resources.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to move opportunities forward and provide a consultative experience to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective relationships and business opportunities across assigned markets.
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout longer, relationship-driven sales cycles.
- Develop relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand those partnerships.
- Participate in client meetings, industry events, market visits, and other relationship-development activities.
- Maintain accurate prospect, activity, pipeline, and relationship information within CRM and sales systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership throughout the business development process.
Travel & Work Environment
This position is onsite in Nashville, Tennessee. 5 days a week in the Green Hills area.
Travel typically averages 2–3 trips per month for client meetings, market visits, industry events, and relationship development. Travel may increase as an individual's book of business grows./

Qualifications
- Approximately 2+ years of business development, sales, relationship management, or similar professional experience.
