Customer Relations Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer calls and gather essential information related to first reports of injury with a high level of accuracy.
• Enter claim and service details into internal platforms while maintaining complete and well-organized records.
• Use attentive listening and thoughtful follow-up questions to understand concerns and provide effective support.
• Direct inquiries to the correct departments and coordinate with internal partners to help resolve outstanding service matters.
• Identify service or workflow concerns early and communicate them to Customer Care leadership to reduce interruptions.
• Follow established policies, training expectations, supervisory guidance, and applicable regulations in all customer interactions.
• Build working knowledge of company procedures and service practices to improve response quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related office-based role.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Demonstrated ability to address customer concerns professionally and apply sound problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable performing data entry work with close attention to detail and record accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and escalate issues when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional college education is an advantage.
• Experience handling inbound calls, claim-related documentation, or administrative assistance is preferred.
Compensation
