Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an onsite Customer Service Representative to support a contract assignment in Honolulu, Hawaii within the legal industry. In this role, you will participate in structured sessions, listen carefully to attorney presentations, and provide thoughtful verbal input while helping complete required documentation. This position is well suited for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a detail-oriented approach to handling sensitive information. Responsibilities:

• Attend scheduled legal feedback sessions and listen closely to presentations or arguments shared by attorneys.

• Offer clear, constructive reactions and responses based on the information presented during each session.

• Complete questionnaires, evaluation materials, and other assigned forms accurately and on time.

• Provide requested personal demographic information through required documentation before participation.

• Review and sign confidentiality agreements to support secure handling of case-related information.

• Maintain a consistent, detail-focused approach throughout discussions while following all participation guidelines for the assignment.

• Record notes during sessions when helpful to support accurate feedback and form completion.

• Confirm eligibility for participation, including prior non-attendance at similar focus group activities when required.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously.

• Comfort handling inbound and outbound conversations with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to complete forms and questionnaires with accuracy and attention to detail.

•Ability to answer phones and provide excellent customer service.

• Basic administrative or order entry experience is helpful for managing documentation tasks.

• Willingness to review and comply with confidentiality and non-disclosure requirements.

• Ability to listen carefully, process information quickly, and provide thoughtful responses.

• No prior years of experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
