Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office in a courteous and detail-oriented manner.
• Handle incoming phone traffic, direct calls appropriately, and relay messages with accuracy and timeliness.
• Receive, organize, scan, and route mailed documents to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain electronic records by scanning paperwork and assisting with digital document organization.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support, including basic clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
• Help maintain smooth front desk and general office operations throughout the assignment.
• Support the team with routine office duties during a high-volume work period while working independently when required.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in reception, office administration, or customer-facing support is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
• Ability to manage several priorities effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
• Comfort using basic office software and standard equipment, including document scanning tools.
• Dependable work ethic, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Capable of working onsite Monday through Friday for an approximately two-week Contract assignment.
• Legal industry experience nice-to-have
