Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and dependable Bilingual Medical Receptionist to support the front desk of a busy medical office. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, comfortable working with patients, and able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and route calls as needed.
• Check patients in and out and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Assist patients with basic questions regarding appointments, paperwork, and office procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the office system.
• Collect required forms, identification, insurance information, and payments when applicable.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and communicate changes or reminders to patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the medical office.
• Keep the reception and waiting areas organized and professional.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous medical receptionist, healthcare office, or front-desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, scheduling systems, and electronic records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical office environment.
