Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, performing financial reconciliations, and providing insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and reporting packages
• Perform account and financial reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends, variances, and opportunities
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for management
• Partner with accounting, operations, and other departments to gather and analyze financial information
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and financial systems to analyze data and maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP& A, or Corporate Finance
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
• Experience preparing financial reports, KPIs, and management reports
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and explain findings
• Understanding of P& L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Experience with ERP or financial planning systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Experience presenting financial information to management
• Previous experience in an FP& A or corporate finance environment
