Bookkeeper

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience maintaining financial records, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Based on general knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis. Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and payroll support activities. Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Monitor cash flow and help ensure accuracy in budgeting and reporting. Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards. Support audits and provide documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of bookkeeping or related accounting experience preferred. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft D365, SAP, or similar platforms. Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Excellent communication and time management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with payroll management and accounting controls. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with financial reporting processes and reconciliations.
