Payroll Clerk

We are are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk with hands-on ADP experience to support accurate and timely payroll processing. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage payroll data, employee records, and related administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP
• Review employee timecards, wages, deductions, and payroll adjustments
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
• Assist with payroll tax reporting, garnishments, benefits deductions, and direct deposits
• Respond to employee questions related to pay, deductions, and payroll records
• Reconcile payroll reports and support month-end and year-end processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable payroll regulations
• Partner with Human Resources and Accounting to resolve payroll discrepancies

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of payroll processing experience
• Recent experience using ADP is required
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of payroll practices, tax withholdings, and deductions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
