Bilingual Receptionist
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in both Spanish and English
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and guests
- Manage front desk activities, including mail distribution, deliveries, and visitor check-in
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Translate basic verbal and written communications between Spanish and English when needed
- Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering inventory
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support various departments with clerical tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy office environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation
