Brief Job Description:

We are seeking a Case Manager Assistant to provide administrative and client support to case management teams.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and maintain client files
• Assist with intake paperwork and documentation collection
• Enter case notes and update records in internal systems
• Communicate with clients regarding appointments and follow-ups
• Provide general administrative support to case managers

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Experience in administrative support, healthcare, or social services preferred
• Strong data entry, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential client information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems preferred
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
