Workplace Operations Specialist

A growing technology company in Rancho Santa Fe is looking for a Workplace Operations Specialist to support its employees, facilities, vendors, and day-to-day workplace operations. This is a great role for someone with an administrative or office management background who wants to move into a more modern Workplace Experience / People Operations environment.

What you'll own

• Coordinate daily workplace operations
• Manage office supply inventory and purchasing
• Coordinate building maintenance and service requests
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and property management
• Support employee onboarding logistics
• Coordinate office events and employee activities
• Maintain office procedures and documentation
• Assist with seating, equipment, and workspace assignments
• Coordinate visitors and office access
• Process invoices and purchase orders
• Track workplace expenses
• Assist with safety and emergency procedures
• Support office moves and facilities projects
• Identify ways to improve employee workplace experience

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of office management, workplace operations, administrative, or facilities experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and vendor-management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with facilities, workplace, or employee experience is a plus
