Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, performing reconciliations, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily AP and AR transactions
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Prepare invoices, payments, and deposits
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
• Assist with payroll and other accounting-related tasks as needed
• Work with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping
• Experience with payroll, billing, or financial reporting
• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or Xero
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience supporting month-end close
