Client Services Manager | Wealth Management Firm | Walnut Creek
Join a growing wealth management firm in a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as the business continues to scale. You'll lead the Client Service team, partner closely with advisors and firm leadership, and help build the operational infrastructure needed for continued growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys leading and developing people while staying hands-on. You'll have ownership over client service, onboarding, workflows, technology, and process improvement, with the opportunity to introduce greater automation and efficiency across the firm. Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Service Associate team
- Oversee day-to-day client service and operational workflows
- Manage client onboarding, account openings, transfers, and ongoing account administration
- Serve as the escalation point for complex client service matters
- Build and improve scalable processes, procedures, and controls
- Partner with advisors, compliance, and leadership across firm-wide initiatives
- Oversee operational technology, including CRM, reporting, and workflow platforms
- Drive automation, systems improvements, and AI-enabled initiatives
- Help build the operational infrastructure to support continued firm growth

Qualifications:
- Strong wealth management client service and operations experience
- Prior people management or team leadership experience
- Experience building and improving operational workflows
- Strong knowledge of client onboarding and account administration
- Experience partnering with compliance and working within regulatory requirements
- Strong experience with CRM, reporting, and workflow technology
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable balancing team leadership with day-to-day execution
