Human Resources (HR) Generalist
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support key HR functions and help drive a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for a professional with broad HR experience across employee relations, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and performance support. Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day human resources operations and employee relations matters
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance processes
- Coordinate benefits administration and answer employee questions
- Maintain employee records and support HRIS updates
- Assist with performance management processes and documentation
- Partner with managers on staffing, employee support, and HR best practices
- Help support recruiting efforts, interviews, and hiring workflows
- Contribute to HR projects, reporting, and process improvements
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of human resources experience in a generalist or similar HR role preferred
- Knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance practices
- Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms; Workday experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Compensation
