BrassCraft Manufacturing Company is building a practical, employee-centered approach to AI adoption. The AI Automation & Enablement Lead will help employees use Microsoft Copilot and related tools with confidence by creating resources, training, governance support, and repeatable practices that make AI easier to apply in everyday work.

Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this role partners with business leaders, sales, marketing, supply chain, and analytics functions to simplify manual processes, improve productivity, and support secure, scalable technology adoption.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Business Automation & Workflow Engineering

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate repetitive or manual business processes.
  • Design and implement workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Logic Apps, and related tools.
  • Build automations for data collection, reporting, notifications, approvals, and operational workflows.
  • Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power Platform, and data solutions into business workflows.

AI Enablement & Adoption

  • Support deployment and adoption of Microsoft Copilot across business functions.
  • Develop practical use cases, prompts, templates, and enablement resources that help employees work smarter.
  • Train and coach users on responsible, effective, and practical use of AI tools.
  • Track adoption, user feedback, and measurable business impact from AI-enabled solutions.

Data, Systems & Solution Integration

  • Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power Platform, and Fabric IQ solutions into cohesive business workflows. 
  • Partner with analytics and data teams to connect trusted data sources into AI-enabled workflows.
  • Adhere to data governance standards around content lifecycle, sensitivity labeling, and permission remediation in partnership with Compliance and Security teams. 
  • Own assigned automation and AI-enabled solutions through requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions that are reliable, scalable, and easy to use.

Governance & Responsible AI

  • Partner with IT, Information Security, Legal, and Data Governance teams to support secure, compliant, and responsible solutions.
  • Apply appropriate controls for data access, privacy, security, documentation, and solution ownership in line with guidelines established by the BrassCraft AI Council.
  • Promote responsible AI use and help employees understand appropriate use cases, review expectations, and accountability.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, AI productivity tools, automation practices, and responsible AI guidance.
  • Recommend improvements to increase usability, adoption, reliability, and business value.
  • Help establish reusable standards, documentation, and solution patterns for AI-enabled automation.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in application development, automation engineering, business systems, analytics engineering, or a related technical field, including hands-on responsibility for building and deploying workflow automations, business applications, or system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, or Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with Azure and Fabric IQ. 
  • Experience supporting solutions through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing support using structured application lifecycle practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn business needs into practical technical solutions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Databricks, Lakehouse architecture, or modern analytics platforms.
  • Experience deploying Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI-enabled workflow solutions.
  • Experience integrating application programming interfaces, enterprise applications, data platforms, and productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-based solutions, or AI agent workflows.
  • Experience supporting analytics, ecommerce, retail, sales, or consumer products organizations.
  • Works effectively across functions and influences without direct authority.
  • Communicates technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Solves problems with a balance of technical capability, business judgment, and user experience.

Hiring Range: $115,000 - $140,000
