Job Summary

Serves as the primary support to executive level roles and/or departments and acts as liaison and ensures confidentiality of high-level, sensitive information. Manages office workflow. Assists with strategic planning processes and administrative goals and priorities. Prepares budgetary functions and plans special events.


Essential Functions

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Vice Provost and Dean of Students.
- Manage and coordinate a complex executive calendar, meetings, and travel.
- Coordinate divisional meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Respond to and triage inquiries from students, families, faculty, staff, and external partners.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive communications.
- Maintain confidential personnel, student, and operational records.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, search committees, special events, and campus initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Office of the AVP/DOS.


Physical Effort

Little physical effort required. Duties are primarily sedentary. May be required to move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.
