About the Job
The Rental Operations Representative II supports both year-round initiatives and high-volume seasonal execution, especially during peak seasons. The Rental Operations Representative serves as the point of contact for business-to-business account management and issue resolution. This is an execution role focused on safeguarding client relationships and reducing operational frictions. This is a remote position, reporting to the Manager of Rental Operations.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
· Maintain accurate process setup for events and initiatives, to improve consistency and scalability across all markets.
· Review assigned accounts to ensure accuracy of data in CRM, updating and validating information as needed.
· Provide proactive account support, follow-up and fast issue resolution to all customers.
· Assist with market activation efforts, new store openings, and seasonal outreach initiatives, including high-volume data collection.
· Support QA testing for stores to ensure operational readiness, sharing actionable insights that impact operational decision-making or processes.
· Audit orders for accuracy while identifying and tracking any trends or anomalies that may impact business
· Support the parcel reorder process, including monitoring trends for process improvements.
· Additional duties assigned.
What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
· 2+ years’ experience in customer service or business support
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, organize, and format information accurately while following established processes and step-by-step instructions.
· Strong data-gathering skills, with the ability to navigate complex information sources, evaluate details accurately, and turn findings into clear, reliable business insights.
· Preferred experience includes exposure to retail systems testing, parcel/shipping workflows, or seasonal event-based operations.
· Experience maintaining CRM data accuracy
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
· High attention to detail in high-volume environments
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage fluctuating workloads volume
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
· Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
· Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
· Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
· Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination, and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
· Hours regularly 40 hours per week, remote within the U.S.
