Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer contacts and provide timely support for questions related to accounts, orders, billing, and general service needs.
• Investigate customer concerns, including disputes and account-related issues, and work toward clear, accurate resolutions.
• Use attentive listening and clear communication to build trust and deliver a helpful, customer-focused experience.
• Manage difficult conversations with composure, de-escalating concerns while identifying practical next steps.
• Coordinate with internal partners to address service issues and ensure customers receive complete and timely follow-up.
• Assist with account setup, updates, maintenance activities, and related customer communications with strong attention to detail.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems, documenting interactions, actions taken, and final outcomes.
• Support both inbound and outbound call activity as needed while balancing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar customer-facing role.• Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Experience with order entry, account support, or related administrative service tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly.
• Proven ability to manage challenging customer situations and work toward effective resolution.
• Comfortable multitasking, staying organized, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry for documenting customer interactions and updates.
Compensation
