💡 As a SENIOR Salesforce Developer Engineer you’ll:

• Develop Salesforce CUSTOM features on Salesforce-centric enterprise-level projects.

•MUST HAVES:

• CUSTOM APEX coding

• LWC

• MUST HAVE: ENTERPRISE level experience in Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, & Service Cloud & moving to Revenue Cloud & Data Cloud. **

*Agentforce is a PLUS! 

• Design and implement data-driven Salesforce engineering solutions, transforming user stories into impactful features.

• Be the go-to technical expert, spearheading code reviews and advising on best practices for complex multi-org environments.

• Make architecture recommendations building robust, scalable solutions with every Salesforce delivery.

💾 Must-Have Tech:

✔ Hands-on Salesforce Development: Extensive experience in APEX coding, LWC, and declarative tools like workflows/flows. ✔ Expertise with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud. ✔ In-depth understanding of Salesforce data storage and API limitations. ✔ Strong knowledge of DevOps best practices and deployment processes.

✔ Skills in Platform Event Architecture (Pub/Sub frameworks), Data Cloud, and Agentforce AI. ✔ 10+ years of Salesforce development experience across complex, large-scale environments.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience in large, complex environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with custom Salesforce development, including code-based solutions and declarative platform tools.
• Proven experience working with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud in enterprise implementations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, storage considerations, and platform limits.
• Experience with API development, integration patterns, and event-driven architecture such as pub/sub frameworks.
• Knowledge of configuration management, deployment processes, and Salesforce DevOps best practices.
• Ability to interpret business requirement documents and turn them into scalable technical solutions.
• Salesforce certifications such as App Builder, Developer, or Architect are valued.

Compensation

$130,000.00-$155,000.00 Yearly
