Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to support customers from our Minnesota location in a Long-term Contract role. This position focuses on handling incoming service-related calls, identifying the customer and equipment involved, and documenting requests accurately for follow-up by the technical service team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls regarding concerns with alarms, security cameras, bank drive-thru audio systems, and other electronic equipment.

• Gather and verify customer account details to ensure each service request is linked to the correct record.

• Identify the equipment associated with each issue and document the problem clearly for internal support teams.

• Create and submit service tickets so technical specialists can address reported equipment concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, request details, and status updates within the system.

• Provide courteous and efficient service while helping customers understand the next steps in the service process.

• Support both inbound and outbound communication as needed to confirm information or follow up on service requests.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Experience handling inbound calls in a fast-paced support environment.
• Ability to enter orders, requests, or service details with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-focused phone presence.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate customer records and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a service-focused team.

Compensation

$20.00-$25.00 Hourly
