Data Entry Specialist

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with hands-on ERP system experience to join a local team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly accurate, organized, and comfortable managing large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and ERP systems
• Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before inputting information
• Verify, correct, and reconcile data discrepancies
• Generate routine reports and assist with data audits
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, procurement, and other departments to ensure data integrity
• Support system clean-up, record maintenance, and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of data entry, administrative, or related experience
• Required: Experience working in an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar
• Strong typing and 10-key skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle repetitive tasks with consistency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
